Giordano Controls within ORKLI GROUP and in synergy with other leaders in the field of combustion, has developed, built up and tested a gas combustion system with self-adapting electronic control that guarantees high performance, a wide modulation range, silent operation and reduced emissions. This system called "BeeENGINE MOTORETERMICO" is composed of a sturdy and high-performance steel heat exchanger, a burner door with ceramic fiber burner "CERAMAT", a combustion fan coupled to a mixer, an electronic gas valve "MGV” KIWA approved in safety classes B + A and an electronic gas adaptative “LISA” combustion control system.
Giordano Controls is able to test and regulate a boiler equipped with BeeENGINE MOTORETERMICO system, carrying out a "fine-tuning" in a very limited period of time (alternatively to condensing boiler projects that normally take many months to get to have functioning prototypes); thus, delivering to a committer/manufacturer a boiler that can be completed and industrialized quickly with very limited development costs.
This system called "BeeENGINE Thermal Motor" is composed of a sturdy and high-performance steel heat exchanger, a door with premixed burner in ceramic fiber "CERAMAT", a combustion fan coupled to a mixer, an electronic gas valve "MGV-10" with safety class B + A and an electronic gas adaptative “LISA” combustion control system.
